This Privacy Policy is a container that gives a clear shape to what my picture of online integrity looks like: when and why I collect your personal information, how it is used, and the limited conditions under which I might disclose it to others, as well as how I keep it secure.

 

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When you purchase something from the website (products or services), as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. When you browse the site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system (this helps us make sure we create a web experience that is working great for all our users).

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails with regular content, program offerings, products for sale, and other information related to The Power Archetypes Conference, Sovereign Spirit or Theresa Pridemore. Please know that we are intentional about everything that is sent out and endeavor to deliver content that is appropriate for what you subscribed for and isn’t going to overpower your inbox.

Important note: By signing up for the Power Archetypes Conference, you should expect to receive messages from Sovereign Spirit and Theresa Pridemore upon completion of the conference. You of course may unsubscribe at any time.

We use a third-party provider, ActiveCampaign, to deliver our email messages. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see ActiveCampaign’s policies. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing soulteam@sovereignspirit.biz. 

CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to reply to a message sent from our contact from, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or exchange/return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at soulteam@sovereignspirit.biz.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES & PAYMENT PROCESSORS

SamCart

Our store is run through SamCart. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Lifetime Access Pass. Your data is stored through SamCart’s data storage, databases and the general SamCart application. They store your data on secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps them to protect your data. However, no company, including SamCart, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

SamCart uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Google Analytics

When someone visits www.power-archetypes-conf.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Our site may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
